liblapacke software package provides Library of linear algebra routines 3 - C lib shared version, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblapacke
liblapacke is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblapacke package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblapacke *
You will get with liblapacke package name, version, architecture and description in a table
