liblapack-test software package provides Library of linear algebra routines 3 - testing programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblapack-test
liblapack-test is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblapack-test package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblapack-test *
You will get with liblapack-test package name, version, architecture and description in a table
