libktoblzcheck1-dev software package provides library for verification of account numbers and bank codes (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libktoblzcheck1-dev
libktoblzcheck1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libktoblzcheck1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libktoblzcheck1-dev *
