libkleo4 software package provides certificate based crypto library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkleo4
libkleo4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkleo4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkleo4 *
You will get with libkleo4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
