How to uninstall or remove libkephal4abi1 software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libkephal4abi1 package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libkephal4abi1

Uninstall libkephal4abi1 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libkephal4abi1 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libkephal4abi1

Use Purging libkephal4abi1

If you use with purge options to libkephal4abi1 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libkephal4abi1

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libkephal4abi1
