libkarma-dev software package provides Rio Karma access library [development files], you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkarma-dev
libkarma-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkarma-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkarma-dev *
You will get with libkarma-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
