libjettison-java software package provides collection of StAX parsers and writers for JSON, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjettison-java
libjettison-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjettison-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjettison-java *
You will get with libjettison-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
