libipa-hbac-dev software package provides FreeIPA HBAC Evaluator library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libipa-hbac-dev
libipa-hbac-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libipa-hbac-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libipa-hbac-dev *
You will get with libipa-hbac-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
