libibumad3 software package provides InfiniBand Userspace Management Datagram (uMAD) library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libibumad3
libibumad3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libibumad3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libibumad3 *
You will get with libibumad3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
