libibnetdisc-dev software package provides InfiniBand diagnostics library headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libibnetdisc-dev
libibnetdisc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libibnetdisc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libibnetdisc-dev *
You will get with libibnetdisc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
