libhunspell-1.3-0 software package provides spell checker and morphological analyzer (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhunspell-1.3-0
libhunspell-1.3-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhunspell-1.3-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhunspell-1.3-0 *
You will get with libhunspell-1.3-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
