$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libhdf5-openmpi-7-dbg 

libhdf5-openmpi-7-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libhdf5-openmpi-7-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhdf5-openmpi-7-dbg *

You will get with libhdf5-openmpi-7-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
