libguac5 software package provides Core Guacamole library used by guacd and client plugins, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libguac5
libguac5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libguac5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libguac5 *
You will get with libguac5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
