libgtk-sharp-beans2.0-cil-dev software package provides Supplementary CLI bindings for GTK 2.14+ - development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtk-sharp-beans2.0-cil-dev
libgtk-sharp-beans2.0-cil-dev is installed in your system.
