libgraphicsmagick1-dev software package provides format-independent image processing - C development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraphicsmagick1-dev
libgraphicsmagick1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraphicsmagick1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraphicsmagick1-dev *
You will get with libgraphicsmagick1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
