libgraph-d3-perl software package provides module to create ref/json to show node-edge graph with D3.js, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraph-d3-perl
libgraph-d3-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraph-d3-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraph-d3-perl *
You will get with libgraph-d3-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
