libgps-point-perl software package provides module providing an object interface for a GPS point, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgps-point-perl
libgps-point-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgps-point-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgps-point-perl *
You will get with libgps-point-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
