libgpcl-dev software package provides general polygon clipper library -- development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgpcl-dev
libgpcl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgpcl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgpcl-dev *
You will get with libgpcl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
