libgoffice-0.10-dev software package provides Document centric objects library - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgoffice-0.10-dev
libgoffice-0.10-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgoffice-0.10-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgoffice-0.10-dev *
You will get with libgoffice-0.10-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
