libgo-perl software package provides perl modules for GO and other OBO ontologies, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo-perl
libgo-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgo-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgo-perl *
You will get with libgo-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
