libgnutlsxx28 software package provides GNU TLS library - C++ runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnutlsxx28
libgnutlsxx28 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnutlsxx28 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnutlsxx28 *
You will get with libgnutlsxx28 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
