libgnupg-interface-perl software package provides Perl interface to GnuPG, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnupg-interface-perl
libgnupg-interface-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnupg-interface-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnupg-interface-perl *
You will get with libgnupg-interface-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
