libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev software package provides CLI library to access the GNOME Keyring daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev
libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev *
You will get with libgnome-keyring1.0-cil-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
