libgeographiclib9 software package provides A C++ library to solve some geodesic problems -- library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeographiclib9
libgeographiclib9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeographiclib9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeographiclib9 *
You will get with libgeographiclib9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
