libgeo-gpx-perl software package provides Perl module for creating and parsing GPX files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeo-gpx-perl
libgeo-gpx-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeo-gpx-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeo-gpx-perl *
You will get with libgeo-gpx-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
