libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev software package provides Cutter Gdk-pixbuf support (Development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev
libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev *
You will get with libgdkcutter-pixbuf-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
