How to uninstall or remove libgdata13 software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libgdata13 package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libgdata13 

Uninstall libgdata13 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libgdata13 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdata13 
Use Purging libgdata13

If you use with purge options to libgdata13 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libgdata13 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdata13
