libgbm1-lts-utopic software package provides generic buffer management API -- runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgbm1-lts-utopic
libgbm1-lts-utopic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgbm1-lts-utopic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgbm1-lts-utopic *
You will get with libgbm1-lts-utopic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
