libgatos-dev software package provides The General ATI TV and Overlay Software(GATOS): Dev Lib and Headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgatos-dev
libgatos-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgatos-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgatos-dev *
You will get with libgatos-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
