libfolia-dev software package provides implementation of the FoLiA document format, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfolia-dev
libfolia-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfolia-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfolia-dev *
You will get with libfolia-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
