How to uninstall or remove libepub0 software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libepub0 package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libepub0 

Uninstall libepub0 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libepub0 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libepub0 
Use Purging libepub0

If you use with purge options to libepub0 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libepub0 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libepub0
