libeigen2-dev software package provides lightweight C++ template library for linear algebra, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeigen2-dev
libeigen2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeigen2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeigen2-dev *
You will get with libeigen2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
