libedbus-dev software package provides D-Bus and HAL wrapper libraries for use with the EFL - Development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libedbus-dev
libedbus-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libedbus-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libedbus-dev *
You will get with libedbus-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
