libecore-x1 software package provides Ecore functions for dealing with the X Window System, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecore-x1
libecore-x1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecore-x1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecore-x1 *
You will get with libecore-x1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
