How to Install libecap2 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libecap2 software package provides eCAP library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libecap2

libecap2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libecap2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecap2 *

You will get with libecap2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
