libdspam7-drv-pgsql software package provides PostgreSQL backend for DSPAM anti-spam filter, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdspam7-drv-pgsql
libdspam7-drv-pgsql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdspam7-drv-pgsql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdspam7-drv-pgsql *
You will get with libdspam7-drv-pgsql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
