How to Install libdnet software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libdnet software package provides DECnet Libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libdnet

libdnet is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libdnet package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdnet *

You will get with libdnet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
