libdist-zilla-plugin-requirese software package provides Dist::Zilla plugin to declare dependency on command-line tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-requirese
libdist-zilla-plugin-requirese is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-requirese package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-requirese*
