libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender software package provides Dist::Zille plugin to prepend lines at the top of your perl files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender
libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender*
You will get with libdist-zilla-plugin-prepender package name, version, architecture and description in a table
