libdispatch-dev software package provides development files for the Grand Central Dispatch API, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdispatch-dev
libdispatch-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdispatch-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdispatch-dev *
You will get with libdispatch-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
