libdebconf-kde-dev software package provides Development headers for the Debconf KDE library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebconf-kde-dev
libdebconf-kde-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebconf-kde-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebconf-kde-dev *
You will get with libdebconf-kde-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
