libdconf-qt0 software package provides dconf Qt bindings (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdconf-qt0
libdconf-qt0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdconf-qt0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdconf-qt0 *
You will get with libdconf-qt0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
