libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl software package provides Perl module for calucalating sunrise and sunset for a given time and place, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl
libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl*
You will get with libdatetime-event-sunrise-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
