libdata-validate-email-perl software package provides validator for email addresses written in Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-validate-email-perl
libdata-validate-email-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-validate-email-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-validate-email-perl *
You will get with libdata-validate-email-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
