libcss-tiny-perl software package provides Perl module to read/write .css files with as little code as possible, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcss-tiny-perl
libcss-tiny-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcss-tiny-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcss-tiny-perl *
You will get with libcss-tiny-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
