libcsound64-dev software package provides development files for Csound, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsound64-dev
libcsound64-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsound64-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsound64-dev *
You will get with libcsound64-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
