libcrmcommon3-dev software package provides Development file for pacemakers common library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcrmcommon3-dev
libcrmcommon3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcrmcommon3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcrmcommon3-dev *
You will get with libcrmcommon3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
