libcpputest-dev software package provides C/C++ based unit test framework ? headers and static libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcpputest-dev
libcpputest-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcpputest-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcpputest-dev *
You will get with libcpputest-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
