libconvert-ytext-perl software package provides Perl module to quote strings suitably for RFC2822 local parts, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-ytext-perl
libconvert-ytext-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-ytext-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-ytext-perl *
You will get with libconvert-ytext-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
