libconvert-ascii85-perl software package provides module for encoding and decoding of ascii85/base85 strings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconvert-ascii85-perl
libconvert-ascii85-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconvert-ascii85-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconvert-ascii85-perl *
You will get with libconvert-ascii85-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
